Responsibilities Quality Review of CM team performance and deliverables Adherence to contract documents and approved submittals Quality review of Inspector Daily Reports Quality of CM Administration Documentation of project risks Processing of contract invoicesProcessing of shop drawings Processing of RFIs Processing of permits Processing of change orders Processing of subcontractor approvals Management of project documentation tools, i.e. software Management, Coordination and Integration with Operating Staff including Maintenance of Facility Operation Management of Schedule Tracking of Safety Facilitating Project Closeout Management of CM budget and staffing Collaboration amongst team members; Owner, Engineer, Operators and Contractors Direct report to Senior Construction Management Qualifications and Skills 10+ years experience Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred. Professional Registration preferred.
