We are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and support brand growth across multiple channels. This role is responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and collaborating with teams to drive engagement and business results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage digital and traditional marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with creative, sales, and content teams
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze marketing metrics
- Create reports and provide insights and recommendations
- Oversee content planning, branding, and promotional activities
- Identify market trends, audience opportunities, and competitor activity
- Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and project coordination
- Support lead generation and brand awareness efforts
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and campaign management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media channels
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
