Casino Supervisor (Located in Livermore, in Northern, CA)

The Casino Supervisor will assist in leading casino floor employees by enforcing established policies and procedures and demonstrating exemplary customer service to our guests. Then check this out! Responsibilities Keep a high profile on the gaming floor while ensuring guests are greeted and complaints resolved in a timely manner. Learn all House Rules, P&P’s, and collection structures. Keep the podium balanced; maintain accurate shift report, time off and sick reports, overtime logs, and other reports as necessary. Monitor payouts on the tables to ensure proper amounts are paid to customers. Supervise personnel and efficient operation of facilities during an assigned shift, working in conjunction with department managers and the General Manager. Maintain a high standard of guest service within the casino and actively promote positive customer and employee relations by walking the floor and ensuring excellent customer service. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management, hospitality services, business administration, or a related field to gaming preferred. Open availability. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S. Must pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background check, and credit check. Must obtain a California gambling establishment employee permit. Physical and Mental Requirements Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 100 pounds. Must be able to sit, walk, stand, and bend at the neck for 6 or more hours a day. Position requires repetitive use of hands for simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing & pulling, and reaching for entire shift. Position may involve exposure to excessive noise, dust, gas, flames, chemicals, extremes in temperature, humidity, or wetness.
