Job Overview Senior Games Technician (SGT) at Dave & Buster’s is a role built for those who love to get hands on while fixing games, attractions, and technical equipment in a fun‑filled environment. SGTs build, troubleshoot, repair, and train Support Tech teams while delivering unparalleled guest service. We’re looking for Working knowledge of electro‑mechanics and ability to troubleshoot down to the component level Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams Excellent communication skills and strong sense of urgency Ability to teach others and build team knowledge Must be at least 18 years of age Physical Demands Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required Work off an extension ladder Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions Move about facility and stand for long periods of time Read and write handwritten notes Lift and carry up to 30 pounds Dave & Buster’s offers an attractive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid vacations, and 50% off of food.
