Your Role and Impact As a BCBA at Cortica, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences. What you’ll love about this role: Achievable Targets: You'll average 26 billable hours per week , with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload. • ABA Caseload Bonus : Earn additional monthly bonus opportunities based on ABA direct service hours billed and converted within your POD, with bonus potential up to 10% of monthly base salary.

At BCBA levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22, allowing you to focus on developing leadership skills, cultivating other talents, and exploring broader professional interests. Qualifications and Requirements Master’s degree in human services or related field. Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
