PIPESTONE is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team and help ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments across multiple business entities.What You'll Do:Receive and route invoices to appropriate locationsVerify approvals and assign correct general ledger codesEnter invoices into the Accounts Payable systemPrint checks, obtain signatures, and mail vendor paymentsUpload ACH files to banking institutionsPrepare annual 1099 filingsMaintain data accuracy and integrityWhat We're Looking For:Ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExperience with Microsoft Excel and OutlookExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:2-year Accounting degree preferred3+ years of Accounts Payable experienceCustomer service experience helpfulLivestock industry knowledge is a plus, but not requiredIf you're a self-starter who enjoys working with numbers and appreciates the importance of accuracy, we'd love to hear from you!Apply today and become part of the PIPESTONE team!
