Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital Trauma Level: II Practice Setting: Operating Room (OR) EMR: Epic
Responsibilities • Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical procedures, including pre- and post-op neurologic management • Perform spinal anesthesia and local infiltration anesthesia • Manage ventilation and monitor respiratory status throughout surgery • Work collaboratively under direct supervision with anesthesiologists and the surgical team • Maintain full perioperative monitoring (pre-op, intra-op, post-op) • Rotate between multiple ORs based on daily needs • Respond to emergencies and perform airway management, including intubation
