Commercial Lines Insurance Producer
Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling commercial insurance, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. This role is designed for a driven professional who thrives on building relationships, educating clients, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
Compensation Package

Base Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
Commission : Competitive commission structure
Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive new business opportunities.
Attend networking events, industry functions, and other opportunities to build your professional network.
Gather detailed client information and collaborate with account managers to ensure accurate quoting and policy preparation.
Present insurance solutions to clients, educating them on policy details, coverage options, and potential risks.
Stay informed about industry trends, policy changes, and carrier-specific guidelines to provide expert advice to clients.
Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person meetings to build trust and rapport with clients.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling commercial insurance.
Proven ability to generate and close new business opportunities.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies and the ability to educate clients on coverage details.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Calendar, and Excel, with strong typing and computer skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable attending events outside of standard work hours.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with account managers and other team members.
Evidence of past production success is required to demonstrate your ability to deliver results.
