Position Overview As the Lead Cook at Lake Tahoe AleWorX, you will be at the forefront of our kitchen, ensuring the quality and consistency of our wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas. You'll supervise the kitchen staff, mentor junior cooks, and contribute to menu innovation. Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operations. Coordinate and delegate kitchen tasks to meet service demands. Ensure adherence to recipes, quality standards, and food safety. Contribute to menu development with a focus on wood-fired offerings. Assist in training and onboarding new kitchen team members. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory culinary role. Strong leadership and communication skills.
