Warranty Specialist

BC Companies, LLC, a growing manufacturer of Roxie Carts and Conquest Carts, is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Specialist to join our team in Loxley, Alabama. This position will be responsible for managing warranty claims from start to finish and working closely with dealers, customers, parts, service, and manufacturing to ensure claims are handled accurately and efficiently. The Warranty Specialist will review warranty requests, verify that repairs and parts are covered under warranty, collect and maintain required documentation, and submit claims to the appropriate parties. You will also track claim status, follow up on outstanding claims, communicate with dealers and service personnel, and ensure warranty records are complete and accurate. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment . Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems and follow processes are important. Experience with automotive, powersports, golf carts, equipment, warranty administration, service departments, or parts is a plus. Responsibilities include: Process and manage warranty claims from submission through completion Review claims for accuracy, required documentation, parts, labor, and eligibility Communicate with dealers, customers, technicians, and internal departments Track warranty parts and repair information Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation Follow up on outstanding claims and payments Help identify recurring warranty issues and communicate trends to management Assist with improving warranty procedures and processes Provide excellent customer and dealer service Qualifications: Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
