This role involves providing outpatient therapy services, with candidates required to bring their active license on the first day. - Required Qualifications: Valid active license, at least 0 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, candidates must be in Washington state, and have the appropriate credentialing requirements.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with a 26-week commitment.
- Additional Information: Candidates with recent perm or PRN work at the organization within the past year are ineligible to reapply until one year of separation. Candidates with prior organization travel or perm/PRN experience over a year old may be eligible; send their name and DOB to the designated contact for rehire eligibility.
- Float: No float rotation may be required.
- Equipment: Provided during interview.
- Notice: 30 days.
