Adecco is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Electrical Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Santa Ana, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your hands-on skills in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. As a key contributor, you will assemble, wire, and test electrical and mechanical components, supporting the production of high-quality products.

Position Details:

• Location: Santa Ana, CA

• Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Pay Rate: $22/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components, including wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and subassemblies, based on blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

• Route, terminate, crimp, and secure wiring and connectors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Use hand and basic power tools for mechanical assembly, including wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, cutters, and torque drivers.

• Perform visual inspections and basic electrical testing to verify product quality and functionality.

• Identify and report any assembly defects or discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate production documentation and records.

• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work area.

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet goals and customer specifications.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1-2 years of experience in electrical or mechanical assembly, wire harness fabrication, or related manufacturing roles.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

• Proficient in using hand tools and basic power tools.

• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination.

• Basic math, measurement, and troubleshooting skills.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Experience with electrical testing, soldering, crimping, or IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

• Repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.

• Capable of lifting and moving up to 30 lbs.

• Comfort working on detailed, close-up tasks involving small components and wiring.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
