IT Programmer Analyst (IBM i / RPG)

The Lee Company, a global leader in precision fluid control products, is seeking an IT Programmer Analyst to support and enhance enterprise manufacturing systems in our IBM i (AS/400) environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using RPG (RPG III, RPG IV, ILE / Free‑Format RPGLE) and CL / CLLE Provide technical and functional support for Infor XA ERP , including PowerLink and NetLink Support Infor XA modules such as COM, PUR, MRP, IM, and EPDM Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications Support system integrations and data processing Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing system improvements Required Skills & Experience Hands‑on experience with IBM i / AS400 systems Working knowledge of DB2/400, SQL/400, Query/400, and OS/400 commands Experience supporting Infor XA in a manufacturing environment is desirable Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows and data management Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Local candidates only Why The Lee Company We offer a stable, growing environment with competitive benefits including company‑paid health insurance, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, and daycare subsidy , all in a scenic southern New England campus setting near the Long Island Sound.
