PRACTICE • Practice Type: Multi-specialty group • Current Number of Providers: 6 total: 2 Perinatologists, 3 OB/GYN, 1 GYN • Support Staff: Neonatologist– 2, CRNP– 3, CNM– 5, NICU in-house midlevel providers– 7 • Practice Setting Required: Inpatient & Outpatient • Patients Per Day: Outpatient– 30, Inpatient– 10, Admissions– 2, Discharges– 2 • C- section/Response Time: 15 Minutes • Average # of Patients Per Physician/Day: Clinic– 30, Hospital– 5 • Average # of Deliveries Per Physician/Week: 5 • Weekend Requirement: No • Certified Nurse Midwives take 1st Call • EMR: Epic • Ancillary Services: Certified Nurse Midwife Program • Equipment/Technology: Level 3A NICU, Helicopter service • Vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all necessary pre-hire requirements including a completed background check and drug screen to People Services as part of provider onboarding. • Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct separate background screening and credentialing reviews required for privileging and credentialing • Facilities may impose various administrative, credentialing, or enrollment-related fees as part of their onboarding and approval processes.
