Role Description The Restaurant General Manager at KFC US in McKinney, TX is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations. This includes leading and developing the team, managing the guest experience, and ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, cleanliness, and hospitality. The General Manager monitors sales performance, controls labor and food costs, and manages budgets and P&L to achieve profitability targets. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include scheduling staff, coaching and performance management, executing marketing and promotional initiatives, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves recruiting and onboarding team members, resolving customer issues, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment that supports continuous improvement and operational excellence. Qualifications Strong financial and operational management skills, including P&L Management and Budgeting. Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through excellent Customer Service and guest engagement. Experience with Hiring, including recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and developing team members. Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management, with responsibility for supervising teams. Knowledge of food safety standards, workplace safety, and operational best practices. Effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict‑resolution skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
