In this hands-on role, you will support both equipment maintenance and facility upkeep activities within our production environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and is equally comfortable performing preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, building maintenance, and facility cleaning tasks as needed.Job Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance on production, warehouse, and shipping equipmentTroubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components on equipmentMaintain forklifts, order pickers, walkie riders, bindery equipment, shipping equipment, and other production support machineryComplete routine building maintenance and minor facility repairsAssist with facility cleaning, organization, and upkeep to maintain a safe and professional work environmentOrder replacement parts and maintain maintenance records and documentationUtilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and shop machinery to complete repairs and projectsPartner with Operations leadership and production teams to support facility and equipment needsAbout You:High School Diploma or GED3+ years of maintenance technician, facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, mechanic, or related experienceExperience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipmentGeneral knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systemsComfortable performing a combination of equipment maintenance, facility maintenance, and cleaning responsibilitiesAbility to prioritize work independently and manage multiple projectsExperience using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectivelyStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive, team-oriented approachWe understand that your skills deserve recognition.
