Senior SAP QM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP QM Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP Quality Management solutions for our clients across various industries, with a focus on regulated sectors such as life sciences and manufacturing. Lead SAP QM configuration and support activities in implementation and enhancement projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions Develop functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials for SAP QM modules Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose optimal QM solutions Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with technical teams to resolve problems Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in QM processes Contribute to process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Provide expert guidance on SAP QM best practices and industry trends to clients and team members Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate project progress and deliverables Additional Information At Fusion, we unite entrepreneurial minds from around the globe to develop and implement game-changing solutions that build lasting relationships with our clients. Qualifications 7+years of hands‑on experience in SAP QM implementation, extension, or support projects In-depth knowledge of SAP QM processes, including inspection processes, sampling, batch management, quality notifications, and quality certificates Strong understanding of integration between SAP QM and related modules (MM, PP, WM) Experience working in life sciences sector Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) SAP QM certification preferred Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Willingness to travel as required for client engagements Legal right to work in the U.S. required Empowering authenticity, encouraging collaboration, inspiring growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
