SAP BTP Integration Consultant

Lead and mentor a team of custom application developers and integration specialists within the implementation partner team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance to ensure timely and quality delivery. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Oversee the entire lifecycle of custom application development, from design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications. Architect and design scalable, secure, and maintainable custom applications using appropriate technologies and frameworks. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. Manage code repositories, version control, and deployment processes. Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy to connect custom applications with various enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, data warehouses, third-party APIs). Design and implement integration solutions using various tools and technologies (e.g., API management platforms, ETL tools, messaging queues, ESBs). Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across integrated systems. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, implementing timely resolutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team on application development and integration methodologies, tools, and technologies. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential application within the organization. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our custom application and integration practices. Participate in architectural reviews and provide recommendations on technology choices. Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business units, IT infrastructure, and security teams. Manage expectations and provide regular updates on project status and progress. Participate in project planning and estimation efforts. Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation for custom applications, integration processes, and APIs. Define and enforce development and integration standards and best practices.
