Prep Cook PositionWe are seeking an experienced Prep Chef to join our company. You will be required to assist in making the preparation of food easier by following the prep list. You will set out necessary ingredients needed by chefs and also ensure that they are of the exact measurement. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Prep Cook Responsibilities Are:Following the assigned prep list by chefsPreparing the necessary ingredients needed by chefsAccurately measuring ingredientsDoing minor prepping of foodsMaking basic dishesEnsuring that work area is clean and properly sanitizedFollowing the health standards of the companyPrep Cook Qualities We Prefer But Are Not Required:Experience as a Prep CookFamiliar with the health and safety regulationsGood physical conditionExcellent team playerWorking well in a fast-paced environment Dead Dog Saloon
