The Assistant Principal will assist the building principal in providing instructional leadership, managing and facilitating daily operations, improving student learning, and acting as principal in the principal’s absence. Qualified candidates must hold or be eligible to hold valid and appropriate licensure for each position with the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce. Employment status: Administrative, 216-day employment contract. Qualifications Valid and appropriate Ohio certification/license Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and school administration from an accredited college or university Three years of successful teaching experience Alternative qualifications may be considered by the superintendent and/or board of education. A letter of interest and current resume must be uploaded with the application. The Principal Candidate Assessment is a timed assessment; please allow approximately 45 minutes.
