As a Maintenance Coordinator, you lead facilities and housekeeping operations, ensuring a safe, clean and well-maintained environment for residents, families and team members.What You'll Do:Oversee daily maintenance and housekeeping operations across the communityRespond to maintenance requests and building emergencies promptlyMaintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systemsPerform preventative maintenance and ensure proper documentationEnsure cleanliness, safety and strong first impressions across all areasSupport resident move-ins, room readiness and turnover processesEnsure compliance with OSHA, safety and risk management standardsMaintain life safety systems, alarms and fire protection equipmentManage vendors, supplies and maintenance logsTrain team members on safety procedures and operational standardsSupport department budget, expenses and operational efficiencyMaintenance Coordinator | Facilities Management | Building Maintenance | HVAC | Housekeeping | Property Maintenance | Senior LivingPay Range: 26.55 - 35.40Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
