Responsibilities * Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, ductwork, and indoor air quality equipment * Replace and upgrade existing HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes * Read and interpret installation plans, wiring diagrams, and technical documents * Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards * Test, start up, and verify proper system operation * Maintain accurate job documentation and installation records * Communicate professionally with homeowners, customers, and team members Qualifications * HVAC installation experience required * Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills * EPA Certification preferred * Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation specifications * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Ability to lift equipment and work in various indoor and outdoor environments * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Compensation & Benefits * $25-$45 per hour based on experience * Full-time, permanent employment * Year-round work and job stability * Overtime opportunities available * Company vehicle and/or transportation assistance * Health benefits package * Paid holidays and PTO * Retirement savings program * Ongoing technical training and certifications * Advancement opportunities within a growing organization Why Apply?
