As an EHS Manager at BAXTER, you will lead environmental, health, and safety programs that protect patients, employees, and visitors in a complex healthcare manufacturing and hospital-support environment. You will develop and implement EHS strategies, ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and healthcare regulations, and drive a culture of safety aligned with Baxter’s mission to save and sustain lives. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, managing incident investigations, coordinating audits, overseeing hazardous materials and waste, and leading emergency preparedness initiatives. You’ll partner with cross-functional and global teams, provide training and coaching to staff and leaders, track key EHS metrics, and champion continuous improvement, sustainability, and ethical standards across Baxter facilities.
