Field Service Technician

In this hands-on role, you'll be the face of Culligan, installing, servicing, and maintaining our industry-leading water treatment equipment in a variety of environments and weather conditions. What You'll Be Doing: Install, service, and repair water softeners, filtration systems, and other top-quality water treatment equipment. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep residential and commercial water systems running at their best. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, solving problems quickly and efficiently in the field. Deliver and exchange salt, equipment, and supplies while providing dependable, on-time service. Create exceptional customer experiences by answering questions, educating customers about their systems, and building lasting relationships. Keep your company truck organized by managing inventory and ensuring your tools and equipment are clean, stocked, and ready for the next job. What We're Looking For: Experience in field service, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or a related trade is a plus— but we're happy to train the right person ! Strong mechanical aptitude and a knack for troubleshooting and fixing equipment. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to meet company insurance requirements. The ability to lift 50+ lbs. and comfortably perform physical work in a variety of weather conditions. Excellent customer service and communication skills - you enjoy helping people and representing the Culligan brand. A self-starter who can manage a daily route, stay organized, and work independently. High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be fluent in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
