Accounting Manager

Direct exposure to the CFO and Executive Leadership Team Opportunity to manage and develop a team of two Bonus potential as responsibilities grow Ability to lead process improvement initiatives across the organization Strong internal promotion track record and long-term career growth Responsibilities Of The Accounting Manager Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and supervise two team members Manage the general ledger, month-end close, account reconciliations, and inventory accounting Prepare year-end schedules and support the external audit process Serve as a key partner to the CFO on accounting and financial matters Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies Assist with hiring and developing accounting staff Qualifications Of The Accounting Manager Bachelor's degree in Accounting 5+ years of accounting experience Experience with general ledger accounting, month-end close, and reconciliations Distribution or manufacturing experience preferred Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs Process improvement mindset with strong communication skills Prior supervisory experience is a plus, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
