Key responsibilities include:- Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor and manage 15-20 assigned corporate debt and equity investments, tracking KPIs and key milestones.- Valuation: Perform quarterly mark-to-market valuations and assist with re-underwrites and amendments.- Diligence Support: Support deal teams with opportunity-level diligence on active investments.- Reporting: Develop and produce periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.- Stakeholder Communication: Hold lender calls, conduct diligence calls, and attend board meetings with portfolio company management teams and sponsors.- Portfolio Analytics: Analyze portfolio trends and track current market activities across the direct lending landscape.The role enables significant interaction with deal teams, investor relations, accounting, finance, and operations.
