Job Overview

• Communicate and work with all Departments: Operations, Vault, CMS, LPM, and other branches to identify opportunities and correct issues relating to ATM balancing, ATM shortages, Stamp balancing, Stamp shortages, EJ retrieval process, claims investigation, vault shortages, E-cash compliance, CMS out of balances.
• Will be responsible for proper reporting and administration of the ICOM functions in the branch. Safety compliance with JJ Safety Forklift Trainer Training New Hire for LTC, Driver Aware, DPAS and Road testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize spreadsheets provided by management and customers to reconcile reports.
• Utilize CMS/Vault/Sofi paperwork to reconcile outages.
• Work directly with CMS Supervisor and Operations as directed to minimize branch and area
  exposure to outages.
• Communicate and work directly with route personnel on ATM balancing.
• Work effectively with departmental employees to resolve and reconcile outages.

• Manage ICOM process and backup as necessary.
• Handle incoming customer calls concerning the following:
• Balancing issues
• Outages
• ICOM reporting
• E-cash compliance
• Vault audits – coin and currency
• Other branches issues

• Understand basic functions of Sofi to enable research of CIT items etc.
• Glory utilizes it to investigate claims, customer inquiries, processing procedures.
• ICOM has a full understanding of ICOM and implications on balancing processes and timely reporting.
• Perform any other duties or special projects as deemed necessary by Management Staff.

 

Primary Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.

• Ability to work well individually as well as being a team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to identify and maintain confidential matters in all aspects of the business.
• Courteous and professional communications skills demonstrate good work ethics in a professional manner to fellow employees and customers.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Computer experience is a must, proficient use of MS Office to include Excel, ability to use office equipment not limited to computers, fax and copy machine.
• Strong data entry skills
• Accuracy and speed are sufficient to meet the company policy for debriefing.

 

Working Conditions:

• Climate controlled office environment.
• Requires extended time sitting at desk operating computer, managing files, ATM service orders, ATM receipts, Sofi paperwork, CMS paperwork, vault paperwork and coin paperwork.
• Unrestricted wrist, hand and finger dexterity.
• Unrestricted ability to bend, squat, stoop, stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs.), sit, push and pull.
• Typical work scheduled Monday through Friday and occasional weekend depending on volume and urgency of research.
• Position Attire: Company Uniform when on Street Research duties, or new hire Training in Company Vehicle. Can be Business causal, additional information under Branch Dress Code Policy.

 

Essential Functions/Job Qualifications

As part of the qualification process for the Cash Management Services Teller position, a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) is required. This evaluation requires successful completion of testing in the following areas:

Lift:

2lbs vertical lift from 36 inches to 52 inches from the floor (15X)
25lbs vertical lift from 8 inches to 33 inches from the floor (1X)
18lbs vertical lift from 1 inch to 36 inches from the floor (5X)
2lbs vertical lift from 7 inches to 62 inches from the floor (17X)

Lift-Carry:

30lbs vertical lift from 8 inches to 40 inches from the floor, and horizontally transfer 10ft (1X)

Push-Pull:

Horizontally transfer 47lbs of force on a sled (single, non-dominant arm), 1ft (1X)

Repetitive Coupling:

Squeeze Jamar Hand Dynamometer requiring forces up to 30lbs / both right & left hands (17X each)
