Responsibilities Assist Customer Communications leadership in the creation, implementation, and management of our communication inventory. Drive the review process across assigned inventory by monitoring reporting, initiating reviews, and providing initial edits and recommendations. Assist in creating engaging content for digital platforms, print, and email. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and updates for communication materials. Handle multiple projects on tight timelines and manage assigned customer communications to secure required approvals. Ensure communications adhere to regulatory requirements and accurately reflect system functionality. Maintain consistency in messaging and brand voice across all communication materials and platforms. Qualifications Attention to detail and excellent proofreading and editing abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with content management systems, PolicyTech, and Microsoft Office products. Expertise in using Microsoft Word to track and review document edits. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and multitask effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Creative thinking and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving. Writing sample and document revision required. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or Journalism, and/or relevant experience. Benefits Competitive base salaries and bonus incentives.
