Direct Support Professionals ( DSP) Needed!

Job Opportunity Pay Rate: $19/hr Schedule: Days and Nights available Responsibilities Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation Provide supportive care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment within the home Monitor and record vital signs when required Assist with mobility and ensure the safety of residents at all times Transport clients to appointments, community activities, or errands when required Follow care plans and tasks assigned by the House Manager, LPN, or RN Provide emotional support and encourage independence in daily activities Accurately document services and report any behavioral or health concerns Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Direct Support Professional with high behavioral individuals State Certified Direct Support Professional (DSP) High School Diploma or equivalent Current CPR (hands-on) and First Aid Certification TB test within 1 year or Quantiferon Gold test Physical examination completed within the past year Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both day and night shifts If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply through the job board or send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io
