Client Relationship Analyst

Position Summary Client Relationship Analysts provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s) / Private Wealth Advisor(s) teams on a daily basis. Through regular interactions with clients, they build trusted relationships and assist clients with everyday needs. Responsibilities Provide client support: 1) Cultivate and enhance new and existing client relationships; 2) Execute money movement transactions; 3) Answer general non‑investment related questions; 4) Enter profile information and pre‑fill documentation; 5) Educate clients on digital tools; 6) Assist in research related to investment portfolio holdings and performance reporting; 7) Prepare materials for client meetings; 8) Support data entry for key client needs; 9) Support marketing strategy and business plan execution; 10) Maintain knowledge of policies and new platforms; 11) Participate in firm initiatives, training, special projects, and local management duties. Provide administrative support: 1) Answer inbound/outbound calls and schedule follow‑ups; 2) Manage calendars and coordinate meetings and logistics; 3) Maintain travel itineraries, prepare expense reports, and manage reimbursement; 4) Assist with in‑office support such as copying, filing, scanning; 5) Submit expense reports. Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalency. College degree preferred. Industry experience is a plus. Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA). Knowledge and Skills Detail oriented with superior organizational and prioritization skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills. Strong time management and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Team player with collaboration skills. Adaptable and capable of multi‑tasking. Goal oriented, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
