German Audio Recording Specialist for AI Training [Remote]

Provide studio-quality German voice recordings used to train next-generation AI systems. This remote contractor role focuses on producing clear, natural conversational and narration samples that meet strict technical and linguistic standards, helping build diverse, reliable datasets for advanced machine learning.

• Produce and submit high-quality German audio recordings using professional-grade equipment.
• Follow predefined scripts or prompts to generate accurate, natural-sounding speech samples.
• Ensure recordings meet specified technical and linguistic criteria, including clarity, pronunciation, and consistency.
• Submit a representative voice recording as part of the sample review process for evaluation.
• Collaborate with the project team to address queries and revise recordings based on feedback.
• Document recording setup, processes, and any issues encountered to maintain data integrity.
• Deliver recordings on project timelines and meet established quality benchmarks.

• Native fluency in German, with exceptional pronunciation and diction.
• Minimum three years of professional audio recording experience.
• Proficiency with advanced audio recording hardware and software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
• Attention to detail in audio quality control, including noise reduction and sound accuracy.
• Experience in voice narration, dubbing, or related performance work is a plus.
• No prior experience in AI is required; domain and audio expertise are the focus.

As part of the evaluation you will be asked to provide a representative voice recording for review and to use your professional equipment during any interview or sample assessment. That sample will be evaluated for pronunciation, audio quality, and adherence to script prompts. Successful review and any follow-up feedback cycles determine engagement on the project.

The recordings will support a major customer and contribute directly to training and improving advanced AI models. Your submissions will shape how these models learn, reason, and perform.
