- Compensation: Compensation is completely negotiable,. Starting salary is within $220k-$250k. -Productivity bonuses available -Potential for sign-on bonus
- Additional Info: Enjoy a unique enviornment! 1. Design Your Day, Your Way:Say goodbye to the 9-to-5 grind. This role offers a \"design your own schedule\" model-work just 4-5 hours a day with full autonomy to round at your convenience. Handle admin time from home and enjoy a flexible call schedule coordinated with on-site nursing staff.-Call is handled at home and varies in complexity. Typical call may occur 5-6 times per week, manging prescriptons or providing nurse consultation. 2. Round between Valley view nursing home, Saphire at Goshen and Saphire at Meadowhill nursing facilities, all within a commutable distance. 3. Supported care: Join a well-established team of 16 clinicians under the leadership of Dr. Oltean, the current Medical Director. You'll round at 4-5 skilled nursing facilities, averaging 20 patients/day, providing consults and guidance-not volume-driven visits. Qualifications: -Candidates will need to be medicaid credentialed. Experience is preferred, but welcome new grads.
