CT Technologist and Radiology Tech Dual Role $10,000 Sign on Bonus

Position Summary CT Technologist/Radiology Tech, Dual Role, with Sacred Heart Hospital in Lavonia, GA. *$10,000 Sign on Bonus Must have at least 1yr experience as a CT Tech to be eligible for the Sign on Bonus. Employment Type Full time Shift Evening Shift Responsibilities Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs radiographic and CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis. Perform routine CT scans on pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, and trauma patients. Assist the radiologist in special procedures such as biopsies, drain tube placements, injections, and markings. Perform angiography studies of the brain, neck, and chest with 3D reformats. Qualifications Licensure/Certification/Registration: Must be ARRT X‑ray AND CT registered. Education: Graduate of formal radiographic technology training in an AMA‑Approved school. Experience: One year experience as an X‑ray/CT tech in a hospital environment.
