\n \nAbout the Role
\n \nAs our Spanish-Speaking Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This is a hands-on, front-facing role responsible for managing a high volume of calls and walk-ins, processing payments, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy law office.
\n \nResponsibilities
\n \n- \n
- Answer, screen, and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish \n
- Greet and assist clients and visitors as they arrive, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience \n
- Schedule and confirm client appointments and consultations, and manage a busy office calendar \n
- Process and record client payments accurately, and provide receipts \n
- Respond to client inquiries and route messages to the appropriate attorney or staff member \n
- Maintain accurate client contact information and assist with basic data entry \n
- Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to relay client communications and support office workflow \n
- Handle administrative and clerical tasks as needed to support firm operations \n
