Executive Support & Consumer Relations Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an Executive Support & Consumer Relations Associate to join their client’s professional team in Nevada. The ideal candidate will be polished, discreet, and self‑motivated, embodying a genuine service‑oriented mindset in every interaction. This role provides high‑level administrative support to executive leadership within a quiet, structured corporate environment. Responsibilities: Provide direct administrative support to the EVP, including travel coordination, calendar management, and correspondence preparation. Engage in moderately complex customer service tasks with administrative integration. Serve as the primary point of contact for consumer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely, professional resolution and accurate record‑keeping. Assist the marketing team with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and outbound correspondence. Greet visitors and manage incoming calls at the front desk in a manner that reflects the company’s professional standards. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Maintain organized filing systems and support general office needs as assigned. Qualifications: 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience. Associate’s degree or higher preferred; equivalent experience considered. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Professional presentation and demeanor. Proven reliability, strong attendance record, and consistent follow-through. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
