Growth Product Manager, Self-Serve & PLG

GitLab is seeking a Growth Senior Product Manager to own the self-serve product journey end-to-end—from first visit to trial, activation, and paid conversion. You will drive growth by unifying acquisition, activation, and monetization in a single experience. You will partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to define experiments, measure impact with clear metrics, and ship frequent, data-driven improvements across the full funnel.
