Clinical Manager

Sutter Health OpportunitySupervises and oversees the planning, organizing, and directing of patient care services, ensuring consistent delivery of high-value quality care to all patient populations served. Establishes patient assignments, staff scheduling, and patient visit volume distributions, and assists in meeting financial targets by effectively managing utilization, productivity, personnel, and supplies. Supports and educates staff in resolving operational issues/problems. Assists in developing and implementing changes in policies, practices, and standardized procedures based upon input from staff and administration to remain congruent with current laws and regulatory standards while promoting optimal patient care.
