Job Description
The Bilingual (Spanish) Janitorial Supervisor will oversee janitorial operations across office buildings, healthcare facilities, and schools or universities. This role will supervise a team of 6–15 employees, coordinate daily cleaning activities, maintain quality and safety standards, manage supplies, and support communication through Spanish translation.

Responsibilities
Supervise a janitorial team of 6–15 employees.
Assign cleaning tasks and coordinate schedules across assigned facilities.
Conduct cleaning inspections and maintain quality control standards.
Manage janitorial supplies and inventory.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and proper chemical handling.
Train staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and quality expectations.
Communicate with clients regarding janitorial services and facility needs.
Provide Spanish translation to support team and client communication.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience supervising janitorial operations.
Knowledge of janitorial operations and team leadership.
Experience with quality control, workplace safety, and inventory management.
Ability to manage scheduling and chemical handling procedures.
Spanish language proficiency.
Strong communication skills.
