Pay & Benefits:

• Pay rate: $135/hour (~$292,000 per year based on schedule)

What You'll Do:

• Manage an annual delivery volume of approximately 1,924, including deliveries and C-sections
• Handle OB triage, inpatient admissions, and attend deliveries
• Assist in surgical procedures, including Cesarean sections
• Respond to labor and delivery emergencies
• Collaborate with neonatologists and maternal-fetal medicine specialists in a Level II NICU
• Provide outpatient OB/GYN triage care and OBED consults
• Cover OB/GYN inpatient floors and GYN emergencies
• Support private call coverage and care for unassigned patients

What You Need:

• Valid Texas medical license (or eligible for licensure)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• At least 0 years of direct OB hospitalist experience (preferred)
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

This position is based at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Alliance, serving a vibrant community in North Fort Worth, Haslet, Justin, Roanoke, and surrounding areas. The hospital is recognized for its advanced health information technology and comprehensive women's health services. As an OB hospitalist, you will play a vital role supporting high-volume obstetric and gynecologic care, collaborating closely with neonatology and maternal-fetal medicine teams.
