Digital Product Manager

Define new digital products that enhance the customer experience by listening to customer data and feedback Develop product artifacts, including PRDs, PRFAQs, and strategy documents, in partnership with cross-functional teams Manage the product lifecycle and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with design and engineering Balance business viability, user desirability, and technical feasibility while delivering software products Partner hands-on with the development team to prioritize, plan, and deliver software that creates excellent user experiences Conduct product experiments, user interviews, and other validation techniques to gather customer and product insights Analyze customer and market data to inform and improve product decisions Improve and enhance vehicle controls and electrification experiences within Ford and Lincoln mobile applications Requirements Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience as a product manager for digital products Experience with consumer-facing remote vehicle controls Demonstrated success leading collaborative efforts among engineering, design, and business teams to achieve shared objectives Strong leadership and communication skills to manage stakeholders across the organization Solid analytical skills Familiarity with Agile software methodologies, including Scrum, Extreme Programming, and Kanban Demonstrated effectiveness operating in complex organizations Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate product workflows, with examples of measurable impact on speed or process Proficiency with Figma's prototyping features and backlog management in Jira Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in product management for digital products, focusing on enhancing customer experiences through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
