Business Operations CoordinatorAtlanta GA - Atlanta, GA 30319Our Administrative Operations Team is hiring a temporary Business Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Business Operations team. Reporting to the Business Operations Analyst, this role will assist with transactional activities, system updates, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to help maintain day-to-day workflows.Responsibilities:Assist with PO/SO processing and routine system updatesSupport procurement and shipment coordinationAssist with receiving-related activities and documentationMaintain supplier reports, trackers, and other operational dataProcess PR/NPR updates and maintain related recordsSupport credit card purchases, receipt uploads, and documentationManage Jotform requests and other administrative workflowsAssist with item setup and approval processesCoordinate follow-ups with Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, Program Management, and other teamsProvide general administrative and operational support to the Business Operations AnalystKnowledge, Abilities & Skills:1–3 years of administrative, operations, business support, or coordinator experienceStrong organization and attention to detailComfortable working in business systems and learning new processesStrong Excel and general Microsoft Office skillsWe are an equal-opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
