Experience in emergency and specialty veterinary medicine (preferred but not required). Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $210,000–$245,000, based on experience. Employer-paid health, vision, and dental insurance. 401K with match, CE allowance, professional dues & licenses. About AEH AEH is a 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital located in the heart of Harford County. The hospital offers 8 exam rooms, 2 surgical suites, 3 ICU areas, and advanced diagnostic equipment including digital radiography, endoscopy, and ultrasound. It also features modern facilities such as a dedicated dog and cat isolation wards, a cat-only room, and in-house CE conference rooms.
