Candidates must attach a detailed printout from the CTC website which clearly displays the authorization. Candidates who attach only the "Certificate" version of the document which does not contain authorization statement will not be considered. Candidates who do not possess a credential must attach a letter from the university verifying enrollment in a Commission-approved Speech-Language Pathology Services Program, including anticipated completion date.

Employment is subject to and contingent upon the completion of a criminal background check by the California Department of Justice.
