Your impact will resonate from young children articulating their first words to older adults striving to regain independence.

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is highly desirable.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 30 days of employment.
Skills
  • Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies for all age groups, with a deep understanding of speech, language, and swallowing disorders, whether developmental or acquired.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication abilities with patients, their families, and a collaborative care team.
  • Skill at adapting therapy strategies to meet varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and adept problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical systems and documentation practices.
Benefits

A Career That Inspires Growth, Both Personally and Professionally

In this fulfilling role as a Speech Language Pathologist, you will do more than just conduct therapy sessions; you will engage in a mission-driven community focused on rekindling voices, enhancing communication, and cherishing the simple yet profound human interactions of understanding and comprehension.

Here, you will coalesce with professionals who embrace each other like family, in a practice that values teamwork over rivalry. Every individual you work with has a story, and we trust you to help articulate that narrative.

Why You Will Adore Living and Working in Dallas

Dallas embodies a harmonious blend of urban vibrancy and southern charm; a sophisticated city brimming with opportunities for growth and exploration. This vast metropolitan landscape offers everything from a dazzling arts scene to a diverse culinary tableau that tantalizes every palate. Dallas is where families indulge in outdoor festivities and musical gatherings, where nature seekers can wander through picturesque parks or enjoy the vibrant local farmers' markets.

Beyond the thrilling lifestyle, professionals will appreciate Dallas's alluring benefits - no state income tax, a favorable cost of living, and a flourishing healthcare sector that ensures your career can thrive and prosper.

This city offers a unique concoction of personal fulfillment and professional opportunity, granting you the space to flourish in every aspect of your life.

Who We Are Looking For

We are on the hunt for a Speech Language Pathologist who is as passionate about outcomes as they are empathetic. You should be the individual who recognizes a reserved child and imagines their journey toward vibrant self-expression, who listens to a stroke survivor's hesitant speech and recognizes their unwavering determination.

You may be a pediatric expert aspiring to broaden your skills in adult therapy - or a clinician who specializes in neuro-related conditions eager to embrace early intervention in your practice.

No matter your area of passion, if you are driven by heartfelt service and a desire to make a difference, we are excited to welcome you into our family.

Let's Create Transformative Connections Together

If you are someone who understands that speech encompasses more than mere sounds, that therapy transcends task-oriented activities - that before tackling goals comes the establishment of trust, and that laughter is just as significant as language, then your next career chapter awaits.

Join us as we celebrate communication, connection, and the indomitable spirit it requires to embark anew. Apply now to lend your voice to our mission - and help others discover theirs by bringing heartfelt communication to life.
