We are a premier, full-service law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation across multiple practice areas, including family law, criminal defense, personal injury, and workers' compensation.

This position is ideal for an ambitious attorney looking to gain immediate, hands-on courtroom experience, manage a diverse caseload, and work closely with experienced mentors in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Advocacy: Manage a diverse caseload from initial intake through final resolution, providing compassionate and strategic legal counsel.
• Litigation & Court Appearance: Represent clients confidently in hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations throughout northeast Oklahoma.
• Legal Research & Drafting: Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, legal briefs, discovery requests, and transactional documents.
• Case Management: Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals to ensure all deadlines, court rules, and client communication standards are strictly met.

Job Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the State of Oklahoma (or pending bar results with a strong academic background).
• Strong communication skills , with the ability to build trust with clients and argue persuasively in court.
• Excellent time management to effectively balance court appearances with office responsibilities.
• Prior experience in family law or general civil litigation is preferred, but passionate newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply.
