Ecommerce Coordinator

Our retail client is looking for a DTC Ecommerce Specialist for an immediate 20 hour a week contract going until end of year; this person will be assisting in the day-to-day activities including website and marketplace storefront management, merchandising, go-to-market execution, and product data and content asset management. This role is responsible for ecommerce performance through visual site organization, product uploading, and daily adjustments based on site analytics. They will partner with cross-functional teams to successfully translate the strategy to our websites, satisfying the Amazon and .com businesses’ financial, technological, and operational demands. Day in the life: Work across teams to execute on- site merchandising for optimal sell-through and performance Develop, execute, and report on upsell and cross-sell strategies Monitor website performance and experiences to optimize conversion, including tracking A/B testing performance Ensure best-in-class user experience with weekly QA company website and Amazon Develop and manage seasonal content strategy for company website and Amazon Manage and update website content publishing to align with marketing plans Manage QA Maintain DTC content calendar to ensure consistency for 360 planning Traffic briefs through internal processes with creative teams and keep track of timelines for delivery Own execution and operational preparedness of promotional offers online; shipping, markdowns, gift with purchase, BOGOs, and discount promotions Manage creation, organization, and output (product feeds) of product and collection data in Shopify and Amazon Seller Central Own creation of new products and collection launches Manage and maintain DTC product catalog for consistency and accuracy Continually monitor and change outdated information Own execution and operational product asset management from ideation to creation and publication Responsible for executing sorting and filtering optimizations Own and execute A/B testing on SEO and content to foster conversion Required: 3+ years related experience/working for an Ecommerce or DTC organization Previous experience working in Seller/Vendor Central, Shopify, and Google Analytics Ability and willingness to work both independently and as a team Ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities Deadline/task-orientated with a great sense of urgency Strong understanding of platform sales and profitability KPIs Ability to problem-solve calmly and effectively.
