Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required within the last 12 months.

• AS completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: RightSourcing Program - Carle Health and no current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Carle Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Solid understanding of all aspects of Respiratory care.

Required Credentials: Temp Illinois licensure is not accepted.

Unit Details: Provides routine and critical respiratory care for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Evaluates patients for routine respiratory care therapy on inpatient units and in the emergency room. Obtains and analyzes arterial, venous, and capillary blood gases. Prepares, tests, processes, and maintains respiratory therapy equipment.

Shift & Scheduling: No call. Every other weekend at best; 3 weekends in 6 weeks. Major holiday rotation; there are 6 Carle holidays.

Floating Requirements: Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations.

7 days maximum time off. Maximum consecutive days off: 3
