Telehealth Family NP: Substance Use Care Leader (Remote)

Affect is transforming behavioral health care by delivering 100% virtual treatment through a dedicated care team and an integrated smartphone app. As an FNP, you will lead member care, evaluate remotely, and provide evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders while collaborating with counselors, therapists, and case managers.

You must hold an active Ohio FNP license, with experience prescribing Suboxone and DEA registration. Multi-state licensure is encouraged and supported by Affect.
