Regional Travel Nurse - Biloxi, MS

The Travel Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in providing patient care andensuring the well-being of individuals during case stays. Travel RNs collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals (anesthesiologists, dentistsand paramedics) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. This role requires clinical expertise, compassion, critical thinking skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams. SmileMD uses aunique care model that brings together the anesthesiologist, registered nurse, and paramedic to add another layer of comfort, safety, and support for patients and dental practices. SmileMD has a flexible schedule for life and work with no evening shifts. Surgical days are offered to practices Monday through Saturday and case day s schedules are available a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. A typical case day starts at 7 a.m. and ends by3 p.m, however every case day is different depending on the number of patients seen. Staff will be scheduled to work 5 days per week. When there are no cases assigned on a scheduled day, employees are expected to remain available to perform other duties as assigned, including acting as a substitute for case daysassigned to other team members. This role supports the business by traveling to assigned case day locations based on business need.
