Staff Accountant

General Overview Imagen Dental is looking for a remote accountant to join our team! Staff Accountant About the Role We’re looking for a Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning core accounting processes, improving how things are done, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll play a key role in the close process, financial reporting, and building scalable processes as the business continues to grow. This full-time remote position that offers a base salary range of $60,000–$65,000, based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Prepare and review account reconciliations and journal entries to support accurate financial reporting Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close Analyze expenses and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency Support audit requests by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries Maintain and improve Excel-based schedules and reporting tools Help document and refine accounting processes and internal controls Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP Partner with teams across the business to support reporting and operational needs Contribute to process improvements and ad hoc projects as the company scales Qualifications Required Qualifications: 3+ years of accounting experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP Proficiency in Excel (comfortable working with large data sets and building schedules) Experience with an ERP system (Concur a plus) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Our commitment to inclusion is woven into the core of who we are.
